Project Overview:
"Gary and his best friends seek revenge against a social media influencer who has scammed them of their life savings."
The project centered around two poster campaigns. The first was for the film festival circuit, where the audience is industry and festival crowds who needed to get a feel for the film's tone quickly. The second was the official release poster, built to live on digital storefronts like Apple TV and Amazon Prime.
Both campaigns pulled from the visual world of influencer culture, that very specific kind of over-polished, carefully constructed aesthetic, and then put a crack in it. We wanted something that felt at home in that space but carried a sense that something was off. From those two posters, the rest of the work grew outward: marketing materials, promotional pieces, event assets, and digital graphics, all staying true to that same visual thread throughout the release.
