Lilly "It Matters" Campaign
An internal campaign for Eli Lilly built around the idea that everything matters, attention, insight, follow-through, the small things as much as the big ones. I brought the "It Matters" concept to life across CEO event signage, internal posters, digital signage, an enterprise video platform, their intranet, and branded laptop stickers. Same idea, a lot of different formats.

Strategic Communications: Ethics and Compliance
Alongside the "It Matters" campaign, I also designed internal communications for Lilly's Ethics and Compliance program. The work included UI mockups for a mobile app covering policies, peer recognition, and compliance reporting, a tablet intranet experience for their Values Jam platform, and a print poster series built around a sarcastic "said no one ever" concept that made the subject of integrity feel less corporate and more human.
